Rent a loan phone

We at Overnight Telecom offer you a loan phone that you can rent during the repair period (both within and outside the warranty). This way you will never be without a phone again. Because due to the many back and forth shipments of your defective phone to and from the manufacturer, but also due to the actual repair time and test protocols, you may otherwise be without a phone for 4 to 7 weeks!

You are of course not obliged to rent a loan phone, because you may still have a phone at home to use temporarily. This service has therefore been created for our customers who have no other telephone at their disposal.

The costs are fixed: 35 euros incl. VAT. for the rental of a loan phone.

We think transparency is important. That is why we outline the costs we charge for this extra service for you:

• Registered or insured shipping back and forth to and from your address (the Netherlands and Belgium) via PostNL (2x)
• Sturdy case and screen protector (already applied)
• Charger (USB-C)
• sim ejector tool
• Packaging material (2x)
• Our time to test the returned loan phone and make it ready for use again
• Depreciation of the telephone
