Although shipping is not free of charge, we do not pass these costs on to you.

All orders over 50 euros are insured and shipped as packages. A signature is always required upon receipt or collection. This way, we both ensure that your order reaches you securely.

Orders under 50 euros that fit through the mailbox are sent as mailbox packages.

You will always receive a track & trace code. If you unexpectedly haven't received it, please contact us.

We collaborate with PostNL for shipping, including to Belgium. If something goes wrong unexpectedly, we will certainly resolve it for you. In that case, please contact us as well.

All our products are available from stock, unless otherwise indicated on the product itself. We ship your order within 24 hours after receipt (except on Sundays), so you usually have your new acquisition at home the next day! Allow an extra day for deliveries to Belgium.
