Complaints

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. A mistake is easily made and that is why we would like to help you further and offer a desired solution. You can mail to:

We will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated. They will then mediate, see:

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr .) If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Return Policy

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging, including all supplied accessories.

If you have been using the purchased product for a while and experience problems, you can let us know via Repairs & warranty . Since you have used the product, the cooling-off period of 14 days has expired, but of course we are happy to look for a suitable solution together with you.

After approval from us, you will receive a return label, with the shipment also insured for its value. We only ask you to package your product properly.

We will credit the amount within 14 days.

If it concerns a defect that can be repaired or replaced under warranty, please let us know what is wrong and how we can reproduce it ourselves.
